My First Repeated Cooking Lesson...

Tonight I learned how to make this delightful meal.  Kory taught me how to saute vegetables and fry eggs.  What you see in the picture is toast with cheese on top.  Then fried egg and small pieces of carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and sugar snap peas.  The trouble was timing the toast, egg and vegetables just right.  There was definitely some dashing around, burnt butter and annoyance on my part.  I'm not even going to tell you what happened with one egg, but Kory and I had never seen anything like it.  Yuck!  The meal that actually made it through the whole process was really good though!  Cool beans, I can kinda cook.

Good! I'm ready for someone to take over the cooking around here! Seriously, I'm thankful for Kory and her patience. You've always been a quick learner. It's nice to know you won't starve! Sleep with angels...ily

Hey! That looks really good!

And don't worry about all those issues, you're learning how to cook, it takes time! It's like... a game, where every time you get behind the stove, you get experience, which compounds your cooking skill, and you level up. Haha.

Soon you'll be like "Oh, it takes this long to cook the veggies, on this heat setting, so they turn out crisp." etc etc. Trust me, I know.

And now I'm hungry :)

God Bless, and Level Up that skill :)
