Chivalry is Not Dead...

Today I went ice skating with some friends.  I had an absolutely wonderful time with my friends and getting to know new people. Okay, so I didn't know many people to begin with, but everyone was so nice!  It was a small outdoor area with a tree growing out of the middle, which was cool.  I was really impressed with how this group of people interacted with each other.  You could tell there was a lot of love and respect in how they treated each other.  They truly cared about each other's lives.  The guys were very impressive.  They always opened the car doors for the girls and helped if they fell on the ice.  It was the little things in this group that made the difference.  Afterward we all went to lunch and watched Wall-E.  Everyone was so welcoming I had a wonderful time and greatly look forward to spending more time with them in the future.
